How many more billions must disappear before we say we have enough? How many more families must lose their homes and dreams that must be shattered before we stand against the real flood that is drowning our nation – corruption? In Southeast Asia, neighboring countries like Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand are pushing their way forward, building resilient cities, harnessing technologies, digitalizing government processes and moving toward genuine progress making its own people reap the rewards of public funds invested wisely.

Meanwhile, in the Philippines, billions are poured into flood control projects that fail to control even the smallest downpour; streets turning into rivers, communities vanishing underwater, and families burying their dead – not because of the rains, but because of the rotten system.
